close to Dallas cowboys stadium.
Roach in the bathtub, cigarette burns in the comforters, no hot water, towels smelled really bad. Didn't have a parking space right before the game because they were selling parking spots to people attending the game that wasn't even staying at the Motel.
It was walking distance to Cowboys Stadium
40 dollar a night room at 80 per night for Cowboy Game...
It is in walking distance to the stadium. The owner did give us a ride there for the game.
Everything.... The hotel was old, dirty and lacked modern conveniences, such as an iron, closet, ample lighting, bathroom soap, tissue, etc. We only had one towel and one washcloth. We onlyhad maid service for one of the three nights there. It looked like a place for prostitutes. To feel comfortable, I had to go to Walmart to buy Lysol, linen, towels, washcloths and a bath mat. Usually, you get a receipt on the last day of your stay. I had to go to the front desk and ask for one. The lady had an attitude because she had to make a copy of one for me. I will not be staying there again, for sure!
the only thing good about americas best value inn. was that it was pretty close to the cowboy stadium...all else was very poor
we asked for a non smoking room and we got a room that smelled like smoke..very very very bad...sheets were kind of dirty...we slept in our clothes
There are absolutely no words to describe how horrible the conditions were at this place!
There were bed bugs in the room! Their feces was all over the walls. Management was very uncooperative and unprofessional! I would never recommend this place to anyone. As a matter of fact I am debating whether or not to call the local health department in Arlington. Booked.net please don't let this happen to anyone else
It's next to the Dallas Cowboys stadium and offer shuttle service to Six Flags at no charge. It's an inexpensive hotel to rest at after an exhausting day and night out on the town.
Needs new paint and remodeling. Inside and out.
I did not like anything about this Inn. It smelled bad, the heater didn't work, the sofa bed was so filthy, none of the lamps worked and mouse droppings were found in the bathroom. I cut my losses and refused to sleep in the room a second night. It was the worst room I have ever stayed in.
The inn should just be torn down and replaced with a more modern hotel.
It was not as bad as the reviews I read. It was clean and great location to the stadium. I have no complaints and would stay there again.
The inn was very run down and in need of repairs. The room was sub-standard bed was hard, pillows well used, bad smells, noisy, and there were crawling bugs (not bedbugs tho) I felt that for the price, I could have slept in my vehicle and been more comfortable!
filthy run down hotel very embarrassed to tell anyone we stayed there
I did not like anything. I felt like I was in the projects. I ended up paying for this room and using the parking to go to the game and then driving to another hotel
It was within walking distance of the cowboys stadium, and since we were there to see the game it was very convenient. Bed was super comfortable!
I was disappointed in the hotel from the start because the room they assigned to us that was supposed to be ready was definitely not. We had to wait to get in the room and once we did, nothing worked right. The toilet was leaking from the tank and water was all over the bathroom floor and when we reported this to the front desk, we were told they would fix it while we were at the game and to just turn the water supply off for the time being. They didn't even come to the room while we were gone. Then we were going to order pizza and when i went to use the room phone, there wasn't one (yet local calls were free), there were 3 lamps in the room, none of which worked, and the tv remote had no batteries or back and when we turned the tv on there were lines all through it. And I don't know if they put the dirty sheet that were piled on the bed when we first got there back on or what. But the pillowcases smelled like ass. Sorry there is no other way to discribe it. Oh and on their website it plainly said free shuttle to all area attractions, but upon arrival we learned it didn't include the cowboys stadium. The whole reason I booked a room here is because we were traveling with someone who has a degenerative spine condition and has to take special precautions.
The location was great for our first cowboys game. The rooms are very misleading from the pictures on the website but the staff was very nice. They just need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms and making sure the rooms have towels in and other stuff hotels normaly have. But a great location for the game
It was close to the stadium where we were seeing a game and were able to walk.
I didn't really like staying there, it could use some remodeling. I didn't fee very safe and it wasn't the greatest. The price definitely shows it.
The ONLY thing I liked about my stay was that it was in walking distance to Cowboy Stadium.
Huge roach in the bathroom, room was musty smelling, very old, outdated motel. Linens were very cheap and inadequate in supply. Location was very noisy, train tracks nearby. Noise in the courtyard/pool area echoed and was extremely loud.
